Jupiter in Aries
I’m sorry
Yesterday, I took my heart for granted, more than I should have.
Two words I always think
I have hurt The Lover, The Aries Best Friend, and most importantly, myself.
After you’ve gone
What happened? Well, in general, I talked too much, listened too little, preached with passion, went for the high, and got hit like a bitch with the low.
Almost got myself into trouble with the law, in fact. As well as almost earning myself a new serial stalker Viet.
When I realize…
I was too brutal with my honesty, my truth, for my own good.
…I was acting all wrong
I was none the wiser and I am truly humbled by my experience.
So selfish
I’m sorry.
Two words that could describe
Even as of now, I don’t know how to explain myself, without delving in the possibility of forgetting the patience of my audience of the moment.
Oh, actions of mine
But I suppose I can try.
When patience…
It is at times like this when I really wish that astrology has nothing to do with the motivation of my course of actions.
…is in short supply
Or not. It’s comforting to blame God, after all.
We…don’t…need to say goodbye
Passion is a scary thing. It can make you forget the humble conscience of the mind and confine you in the overpowering heat of the moments of the heart.
We…don’t…need to fight and cry
Yet, it can be a delightful rollercoaster ride too.
Oh we…we could…we could hold each other tight
The heart, the mind, the soul, the good, the evil, the memory, the intuition, the attachment…
tonight……
…the Enlightenment.
We’re so helpless
Where do these concepts come from?
We’re slaves to our impulses
I know and I don’t know what I’m talking about. Yin and yang. One cannot exist without the other, or so God the Nicest Bastard Ever dictates.
We’re afraid of our emotions
But, all in all, living one’s life to the fullest, mindlessly, can kill one sooner than they know it. What a dangerous thing the seemingly innocent heart can be, in comparison to the jaded, but wise, mind. I now see the meaning behind the phrase “wild at heart.”
And no one knows where the shore is
My heart is a wild child. My mind is an old maid. Go figure.
We’re divided by the ocean
Id, Ego, Superego. Freud is a genius.
And the only thing I know is…
It’s funny how all this……epiphany occurred during the time span of The Aries Best Friend’s 24th birthday; 24 hours. Whatever. Thus the month of Aries (March 21 - April 21, or so) a passionately shitty one.
…that the answer isn’t for us
How I wish I was kidding.
No, the answer isn’t for us
And I still love Feist to death.
I’m sorry.

Jupiter is the expansive, jolly, and humorous planet. It is open to new experience and wants to grow and stretch to a greater sense of self. The self-improvement movement is ruled by Jupiter. So are the jovial business types who finance large ventures and travel around the world. Cowboys, who live in the out of doors and the wide-open spaces, are Jupiterian. Snobbery, greed, opportunism, and superiority are also Jupiterian (its less pleasant sides). Jupiterians are invariably “reasonable” people. The “old boys” are the Jupiterians in a club.
Aries are the direct, fiery, driven people of the zodiac. They start enterprises then give them up just as they get going. Why should they be limited by success? These are the initiators, the pioneers. If you want a straight, direct answer — ask an Aries. They can be pushy. Aries is convinced the way to the top is through inner drive.
When Jupiter is in Aries, the image is the door of opportunity being flung open. Another image is someone grabbing at a potential, whether a potential for growth, money, or greater room. There can also be a pushy superiority when this energy is operating from ego — or a tendency to try to force opportunities to manifest when their time isn’t ripe. Jupiter in Aries says, “swing wide the doors of opportunity — if there isn’t an opportunity opening soon enough, kick open the door”.
Aries is an aggressive, driving sign — its main image is the battering ram. If there is no opportunity, Jupiter in Aries will make an opportunity. There can be a wolf-like quality to Jupiter in Aries since the drive of Aries can combine with the greed of Jupiter to create an aggressive greediness which is not aware of the longer range goals — naked opportunism has also surfaced with Jupiter in Aries. On the more positive side, Jupiter in Aries has resulted in straight-forward openness. Desire and aggression are more open, and more naked. In general, the people born with Jupiter in Aries and the years when Jupiter was in Aries were more “raw”.
In general, the Jupiter in Aries periods were times of strife, inventiveness, and open sensuality. They had that “open frontier” quality.

Aries Jupiter Jupiter adds heat and moisture where dryness already exists. For this reason, the quality of dryness is minimized to some degree. Consequently, these natives are inclined toward group endeavors and enterprises where the involvement of others is more critical. This individual often seeks to lead such a group, and because Jupiter is associated with philosophy, these natives sometimes have inspiration which they want to share with the crowds. These natives often have an attitude of self importance, enthusiasm, and self confidence, that inspires others to action.
In a diurnal chart, the excess heat creates the danger of the natives overreaching themselves and instead of leading others, leaving them in the dust. Because there is also moisture added to heat, mist is created. This leads to an inability to see clearly through the fog of enthusiasm, leading to overconfidence or carelessness. Fanaticism may result. There is however an increased faith since the airy quality of Jupiter is supported and is in sect. If the native can overcome occasional blindness to reality, they may become great leaders.
At night, Jupiter creates more introspection and thoughtfulness in the natives. These individuals are less inclined to take action on faith and are more discerning and less overconfident. Here the nocturnal moistness is more likely to create leaders who can bring together coalitions that accomplish some useful purpose, though usually on a more modest scale than their diurnal counterparts. While Jupiter is out of sect at night, it is in its own trigon and therefore is more easily heard by the cosmic soul which makes Jupiter a more effective advocate on the natives behalf.
