Health (Important)
- Getting LESS than 8 hours of sleep affects your health
- Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
- Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
- Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
- Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
- Do not take pills with COOL water
- Keep your distance from (mobile) phone CHARGERS
- Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
- Do not eat bread which has JUST been toasted
- Do not drink coffee TWICE a day
- Do not take alcohol more than one glass/cup/serving a day
- Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
- People used to napping will not get old easily
- When the battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the (mobile) phone (because) the radiation (will be) 1000 times (stronger than usual)
- (Listen to) the phone with (your) LEFT ear. (The radiation will) spoil your brain directly (if you use your) right ear
- Do not use headphones/earphone for a LONG period of time. Rest your ear (for) a while after 1 hour
