  1. Getting LESS than 8 hours of sleep affects your health
  2. Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
  3. Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
  4. Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
  5. Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
  6. Do not take pills with COOL water
  7. Keep your distance from (mobile) phone CHARGERS
  8. Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
  9. Do not eat bread which has JUST been toasted
  10. Do not drink coffee TWICE a day
  11. Do not take alcohol more than one glass/cup/serving a day
  12. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
  13. People used to napping will not get old easily
  14. When the battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the (mobile) phone (because) the radiation (will be) 1000 times (stronger than usual)
  15. (Listen to) the phone with (your) LEFT ear. (The radiation will) spoil your brain directly (if you use your) right ear
  16. Do not use headphones/earphone for a LONG period of time. Rest your ear (for) a while after 1 hour
